The other 2 resorts that are a part of your low monthly HOA for access and discounts are Grand Solmar Lands End and Playa Grande which are both located on the beach within walking distance from the Southeastern edge of the Cabo San Lucas marina, as well as the calmest beach in all of Los Cabos - Empacadora. This beach is next to the entrance of the Marina and is a 10 minute walk and the best swimming beach in the area. There is no full ownership at these 2 marina area resorts, however there are endless amenities and experiences to enjoy, including but not limited to valet parking, shuttle service each hour to The Ranch, bars, gyms, beauty salons, spas and spa services, jacuzzis, pools, swim up bars, massage areas, delis and food shopping, tennis courts, miniature golf and more.
